In representing private sector clients, Mr. Lloyd provides targeted advice, focused strategy and proven solutions to help companies pursue their specific communication and policy goals with decision-makers at the highest levels in the legislative and executive branches of government. As a seasoned consultant, Mr. Lloyd’s results-oriented approach has supported successful engagements with numerous private institutions and Fortune 500 companies including ExxonMobil, Phillip Morris and Wellpoint Healthcare. Similarly, several prominent U.S. institutions of high learning, including Catholic University, Georgetown University, and Harvard University, have worked with Mr. Lloyd to enhance their positions within the halls of American government.
